Every rental is covered by a refundable deposit: on your first rental it equals the order price, it shrinks as your loyalty level grows, and regular customers pay none. If the items are not returned the deposit is kept in full and Steam issues a 30-day trade ban. The exact deposit is always shown before you order.
Every item comes in exactly the wear shown in the inspect view (FN, MW, FT, WW, BS). Nothing is swapped.
An item you have just received in Steam cannot be traded for another 7 days. We account for that in terms and availability — the system will not let you book a rental that could not be returned properly.
Nothing travels anywhere: we give you access to a whole account that already holds the knife, the gloves and Prime. You need no account of your own, no trade happens, and no trade ban can follow.
From one hour. There are 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24-hour tiers plus a night package. You can extend while the term runs; hours count from the moment you first take access, not from payment.
In your profile, on the rental card: the password appears behind the «Access» button, the Guard code behind its own button. The code arrives at the account's mailbox, which the platform reads. Steam does not send instantly, so the button waits up to a minute.
No. The account returns to the platform after your rental, so a changed password or email is an attempt to steal it. We see such actions, end the rental and close your access to this line.
A small delay costs nothing: every rental has free slack, and you can claim 30 extra minutes once with a button if a match is running. Holding the account noticeably longer than paid closes hourly rentals for you for a day.
Prime is on every rental account — without it they would be pointless. The rank and rating are listed on each account's card and differ between them.
With cryptocurrency from your profile: pick a coin, pay to the address in the invoice, and the balance is credited after network confirmations — usually minutes. Every operation is visible in your profile history.
The «Support» section in the site header: pick a topic and part of the questions are answered right away, using your own order. If that did not help, you write in the same place. We answer within 24 hours and the reply arrives on the site (we never write to your email). If access breaks during an hourly rental, the rental clock stops while we look into it.
The platform owns the inventory and works through official Steam trades. We rent out our own items, not someone else's: they cannot be recalled in the middle of a rental. Your balance and operation history live in your profile, and you sign in through Steam.
